For the Phantom GT II it's the introduction of "Grey Fog" to the “Sapphire/Volt/Blue Void” arrangement. That dominates the lower portion of the upper, leaving the rest in the same blue as the Mercurial, with the same volt flashes on the two Swooshes.

Nike's new Phantom GT Elite 2 soccer boots are the same as all previous colorways tech-wise.
