Nike Mercurial x EA SPORTS has joined forces to pay tribute to one of the most popular and iconic virtual football games of all time. In 1994 the game saw its first release, and since then the game and its graphic has evolved. This limited boot pays tribute to the evolution of gaming technology, highlighting the progression of graphics. On the inside you will see a 16-bit graphic with visible pixels. As you turn the boot, you will see the pixels disappear as the graphic ends with a high resolution from today's game. An especially designed and pixelated Swoosh can be seen on the inside of the boot, as well as on the box and the boot bag. On the insole, the laces and the heel cap you can see the EA SPORTS logo, with a golden thread in the laces and an iridescent out sole completing the unique design.
